What I'm Loving Wednesday

I can't believe it is only Wednesday. This seems to be one of the longer weeks in recent history but here is what I am loving this week.

I'm loving...Next to Normal. I saw this show last night at the Kennedy Center. It was very moving and the music was so good.

I'm loving...the Boden sale happening now.

I'm loving...boy bands. My all time favorite is still Westlife and they always brighten my mood when I am down.

I'm loving...coffee dates with S and her return from Colombia, daily emails with M and motivational running emails from the Ks.

I'm loving that my parents will be in town for the weekend!

The Bachelorette

If you are a long time reader, you may remember my love of the Bachelorette. I have been watching this season too but I remained quite because I really don't like Ashley. I just want to shake her and tell her to chill out and move on from Bentley.

To quickly harp on Bentley, Sir, You went to BYU, a school that is 98% LDS. My knowledge of the whole Mormon religion may be slim but I always thought Mormons were upstanding individuals. You definitely are not. Sure, you have been edited poorly but you said some ridiculous things and to think your daughter will see this. Sad.

I am glad Ashley is finally realizing that some of the men she has on the show are stand up guys. Ben F. swoon. I could definitely have a wine maker husband. However, how cheesy was the mental kiss portion of their date? Really.

I also appreciated that Ashley learned her lesson about listening to other people's feedback. If she had listened to Crazy's text before the season started we wouldn't have to hear about Bentley all the time. Do I think Ben C. is really going to run home and sign up for EHarmony? No but I am glad she didn't keep him around if he was just using her.

William. You annoy me. I am so glad you went home. Your little tirade in the cab on the way to the airport. Gross. You need to grow up.

Group date time: Why would anyone think having men box for your affection is a good date? Poor Ames. The dude looks like he has seen a few fights in his day but obviously not. However, Nick, you are a personal trainer, I somehow think you should have won your fight.

At the rose ceremony, Nick went home. Not a shock there. ABC basically edited it so Nick never spoke. I have seen this show enough to know that if I never see you, you aren't important.

Currently, I am loving Ben F. and Lucas. I like JP but he is a bit needy.

In other news related to the Bachlorette. I am OBSESSED with the fact that Ali's Chris Lambton and Andy's Peyton Wright are engaged. I loved them both. They were totally stand up individuals and I think they look super cute together.

Easton Corbin

It's been awhile since Mal or I updated. She was off in Hong Kong and I was sweating in San Antonio.

This weekend my girls and I headed to our second country concert of our season pass, Rascal Flats. It was a really enjoyable show. The openers were Sara Evans, Easton Corbin and Justin Moore.

I think I may have developed a bit of a crush on Easton Corbin. Just look and listen...

Exercise Finder

Do you ever get bored of your usual gym routine? I love Body Pump because the instructor guides me through the weight lifting exercises. I pretty much need the instructor because I can never seem to remember other exercises to do. I rarely make my way into the weight room for fear of 1. looking silly 2. the big muscle men.

However, I found this awesome website that can help people like me. Exercise Finder is super easy to use. I just click on what part of my body I want to fix and then exercise options are given to me.

Here is an example for a thigh exercise totally doable while at work.

MTV Movie Awards 2011

I am loving Mila Kunis' skirt.

Emma Watson- This dress seems a bit fancy for a MTV function but I really love the details.

Oh Vanessa, this was a tragic pick.

Amanda Bynes- Didn't you retire from acting? Anyway, your legs look great but these shoes are just absurd.

It's June...

In May, blog friend J put herself on "No Shopping May". M and I have discussed what a good idea it is and I have accepted the challenge for June. I ran errands this weekend to Target to get the basics such as shampoo so I am not tempted to run to Target and end up spending money on nonsense. I am going to keep two lists throughout the month...1. Ideas that flash in my mind that I wish I could go out and buy. 2. Lists of things I spend money on. Likely this will be food, gas, medicine.

There is one minor exception to No Shopping June. J and I are headed to Philly for the Lilly Warehouse Sale next week. I'm sorry but there is no way I can miss a warehouse sale. I love Lilly too much for that.

I have already added some Jacks to my "items I don't need but think I need list." I was wearing them to work today and thought "Oh, I could totally use another pair of these." Why? Who knows...We shall see if I still want them come July.
